Xtreme Powersports opened its doors on July 4th, 1998 at its current location in Tampa, FL at 1019 US 301 South. Hans Klockes started this business 19 years ago with an incredible background in powersports. He started riding when he was 3 years of age and went on to race professionally in the watercraft and the off-road world. Early on in his college days, where he received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa, He had aspirations of starting his own business and representing the top manufacturers in the powersports industry. He opened Xtreme Powersports as a standalone Bombardier dealership and only two short years later he expanded his business portfolio becoming a full line Honda Dealer. As business continued to grow and so did the company, adding three new buildings to our location, Xtreme Powersports added a Polaris franchise representing their full line of Side by Sides, ATVs, Slingshots and GEM electric vehicles. Now we are excited to announce the addition of Husqvarna motorcycles carrying their full line of Motocross, Off-Road and Street units. Xtreme Powersports is driven to continue to succeed and guarantee customer satisfaction. You will not be disappointed with our showroom selection, our parts and accessories department and our superior service department. Our showroom hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday through Friday and 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturdays. We are located off of US 301, just south of HWY 60 and north of the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway.
